Draft revision of the UGRA Constitution

The UGRA Executive has made some minor changes to the UGRA Constitution, which was last amended in June 2023.  Changes to the Constitution will be considered at the Annual General Meeting on June 13, and must be approved by at least two thirds of the members in attendance.

As per the Constitution, members are provided the opportunity to read the revised version prior to the annual meeting.  You are encouraged to have a look at the attached draft and send any comments you have to the UGRA email address:  ugra@uoguelph.ca

A copy of the document will also be sent to all members in the next email message to all members.
